In Malaysia, Bon Odori Festivals are also celebrated every year in Penang and at the Matsushita Corp Stadium in Shah Alam, Selangor. This celebration, which is a major attraction for the state of Selangor, is the brain child of the Japanese Expatriate & Immigrant’s Society in Malaysia. In comparison to the celebrations in Japan, the festival is celebrated on a much smaller scale in Penang and Selangor, and is less associated with Buddhism and more with Japanese culture. Held mainly to expose locals to a part of Japanese culture, the festival provides the experience of a variety of Japanese food & drinks, art and dance.

Mushroom Soup & Seow Teng's Birthday
Does this mean we, the 2nd batch to learn Maths and Science in English, were just mere white rats? Was it an experiment?
Anyway, we must abide with the government and support them. They want every citizen to be good in Malay. A post in Malay:
Kita telah mengadakan 1 gathering yang tidak rasmi semalam di restoran Fun Ok.
Sebenarnya, Chieh dan aku hanya mahu minum sup cendawan and sup tom yam yang begitu lazat.
Yappie yang beriman, Sziq yang mendapat sambutan hangat di HELP UC, si Bunny yang comel, dan Derrick tuhan lagu (is this the right translation for 歌神? Direct translation sounds so weird).
Derrick sedang mengejek si Bunny.
TingTing, Christopher, Theng dan Tokyo yang sangat kacak (Sunway UC Idol, jangan main-main) juga ada di situ.
Aku dan Bunny. ^^
Kita bersama-sama menyambut hari jadi SeowTeng. 'Manisnya' gambar ini.

Us in College
Kay, since those from Sunway UC and Nottingham Uni have so many exams and so little time (and not to mention contributed a lot), I shall take the liberty of updating our beloved blog.
Reporting from MCKL:
That's WaiYan,
I will try to upload as many lenglui pictures as I can. Sadly there's no gay action in college, no aluba, no Titanic scenes.
I found my long lost sisters in college, Esther Siah and Esther Lian. Our hobby is to make noise during law class. However that stopped when the 3 of us debated the topic our lecturer gave us -- is watching porn moral or amoral?
- Because Siah almost bite my head off when I said there's nothing wrong with it.
- Because I said without porn we might not be born (which is still my stand).
Even got one Indian dude calls her Linda.
WaiYan enchanted a lot of guys during Orientation Ball when she performed solo bellydancing. Lengzai hor? Sadly he's taken.
She's the only one to do a solo performance, and all the lecturers think bellydance is very exotic. Our Malaysian Studies lecturer's jaw dropped when she saw WaiYan do her thing. OH we are not allowed to wear pants above the ankles and skirts above the knees you know? No sleeveless clothes. No slippers or sandals.
I always hear Jeremy talking to his gang at the back of the class during Economics lecture. Something about PC games, DotA I think. Or maybe CS. Entah...
The 4 on the left are freshie queen nominees. The other 2 are emcees.
We were forced to attend the 3 days 2 nights Orientation Camp at the foothill of Cameron Highlands. That's my room, by the way, and I built it with 2 other friends.
The camp was memorable because we all found our personal bloodsucker, our Edward Cullen. Yet we always end up killing it, and watching it die, poor leech, r.i.p.
As part of the Moral Studies project, we organised a games carnival for the under-privileged children. They are mainly from Myanmar, I think, out of 10 kids only 1 speaks English. To be frank, am not that fond of the older kids, 15 years and above. They stole someone's camera, I heard.
Anyway, to pass Moral Studies is more important.
Most of the lengluis I know. All of them top students.
MCKL will be organizing a Games Tournament this month, I don't know when but I'll check, some inter-college games thing. Our basketball team very powerful, don't play play. I heard the girls' futsal team from HELP will be coming (such a cliche, I always get updates from 3rd party). The event is open to public.
That's all for now. I shall write again in the not-so-distant future.
Au revoir.
