MEMOHON KEBENARAN UNTUK BERMAIN BOLA KERANJANG

Saya, Tai Tong Ching mewakili rakan-rakan saya ingin memohon kebenaran daripada pengetua sekolah untuk mendapatkan kebenaran bermain bola keranjang di gelanggang bola keranjang dalam SMK Taman Connaught.

2. Kami ialah bekas pelajar SMK Taman Connaught dan ingin mendapatkan kebenaran bermain bola keranjang dalam SMK Taman Connaught pada setiap Sabtu dan Ahad dari pukul 7.30 pagi hingga pukul 11 pagi.

3. Kami berjanji tidak akan merosakkan apa-apa kemudahan sekolah. Kami akan menghargai kemudahan-kemudahan sekolah. Kami juga berjanji tidak akan merokok, melakukan vandalisme atau segala activiti yang tidak sah dalam kawasan sekolah. Sekiranya sesuatu kemudahan sekolah telah kami rosakkan secara tidak berniat, kami bersetuju untuk mengganti rugi kepada sekolah.
